Our innovative industrial automation client is seeking a top performing Industrial Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of performance and live in the Greater Birmingham Metro. You will be tasked with helping customers achieve their automation and reliability goals by utilizing their technical and product knowledge to determine the best solution for the customer. Weekly customer visits, both in person and virtual
Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow both existing and targeted new customers
Manage new business opportunities and document activities through the funnel process using our CRM (HubSpot)
Achieve yearly growth goals in both profitability and focus product lines
Manage and present complex projects throughout the sales cycle
Knowledge of motion control, fluid power, and mechatronics
Must have a 4-year degree in an engineering related field or equivalent in-field experience
3 years of industrial manufacturing sales experience is required
**Base Salary: $70-90K, experience-dependent, with variable performance-based compensation, expected to range from 50-100% of base salary, uncapped.
