Responsibilities
Extend courteous and professional assistance to customers both in person in the lobby and over the telephone
Offer necessary information to customers
Answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Conduct regular status checks for customers
Handle customer service intakes
Complete clerical tasks as needed
Conduct data entry tasks when required
Requirements
3 years of experience in forward-facing customer service
Proficiency in multitasking, including managing a multi-line telephone system while assisting customers in person
Consistent ability to interact positively with the public
High School Diploma
Demonstrated progression in responsible customer service experience
